sending newsletters
We have a newsletter called the 9-month plan, and you can only sign up for it yourself through our website. In this newsletter, you will find news, tips, and information about our practice, products, and services. For this purpose, we use your:

- nickname or first name

We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for up to twelve months after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
The newsletter is sent by email approximately every four weeks. The content of the newsletter includes pregnancy-related information and tips.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or submit requests. For this purpose, we use your:
