Disputes committee in healthcare
If it has not been possible to resolve the complaint with the help of the complaints officer, the complaint may be referred to as a “dispute.” A dispute can then be submitted to the Midwifery Disputes Body (Geschilleninstantie Verkoskunde) within one year of receiving the final response (letter or email) from the midwife, sonographer, or complaints officer.
