Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn't always come easily.

I am a certified lactation consultant providing women with knowledge, advice, and treatments during pregnancy and after childbirth.
My goal is to provide you and your little one with expert care and support.

IBCLC lactation consultation:

Breastfeeding can feel challenging, but the answers are often closer than you think. In an IBCLC consultation, we’ll work together to identify the issue — whether it’s sore nipples, a short frenulum, low milk supply, or struggles with bottle-feeding — and find practical solutions to move forward.

Usually, I can already support you a lot through an online consultation. And if a home visit is needed, I work with wonderful colleagues in Amsterdam who can make time to come by and help you in person.

monthly breastfeeding workshops

During this workshop, I cover all the essential topics around breastfeeding, bottlefeeding and pumping. The sessions are filled with practical information, useful tips, hands-on techniques, and a supportive community to help you prepare for a positive breastfeeding journey.

These workshops are offered online — super convenient, as you and your partner can simply join over breakfast and take in all the information together. No need to take notes, you’ll receive a detailed handout afterwards
